Dave Stevens

As Senior Vice President of Strategy and Execution, Dave Stevens supports the company’s global go-to-market strategy and expansion of commercial technology opportunities. Stevens has spent more than 25 years in the enterprise technology space as an entrepreneur and founder, a product and technology innovator, and an operating executive. He has demonstrated expertise across the communications, storage, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and enterprise software spaces.

Prior to joining Forcepoint, Stevens was Senior Operating Partner at Francisco Partners Consulting, a leading global investment firm that specializes in partnering with technology and technology-enabled businesses. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Keelan Capital, an early stage investment and strategic advisory firm as well as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Brocade Communications Systems, Inc. Prior to Brocade, Stevens co-founded and served as the CEO of Palo Alto Networks, Inc. In addition, he has held senior operating roles at Rhapsody Networks, Atmosphere Networks, Nortel, Bay Networks and SynOptics Communications.

Stevens received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia.
