Erika O'Brien

Erika O'Brien is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in internal communications and workplace culture. Currently serving as the Director of People Communications & Workplace Culture at Forcepoint since May 2020, Erika has also held roles including Director of Internal Communications and Global Inclusion & Diversity. Prior experience at Aggreko spanned over a decade, during which Erika progressed from Communications Specialist to Manager of Internal Communications. Erika holds a Master of Science in Strategic Communications & Public Relations from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Texas State University.
