Heather Johnson is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Total Rewards, HR Systems & Operations at Forcepoint since March 2020, Heather previously held key roles at Poly and Polycom, including Director of HR Business Partners for Global Engineering & Product Development and HR Site Leader. Prior experience includes Head of Human Resources at HealthTronics, where strategic HR initiatives were implemented for Healthcare IT Solutions, and a distinguished tenure at Dell, where Heather advanced through various HR roles, ultimately serving as Sr. Human Resources Manager for the Global HR Business Partner team. Heather holds a degree in Human Resources from the Texas McCombs School of Business.
