Ralph Bai

Ralph Bai is an experienced manager in security research, currently serving as the Manager of Security Research Labs at Forcepoint since July 2014, where responsibilities include leading research projects and managing operations. Previously, Ralph held the position of Supervisor at Websense, focusing on optimizing email and web security operations and overseeing technical coordination. Ralph's career began at Surfcontrol Inc., where roles included Team Lead for the APAC Threat Research Team and Senior Sales Engineer, contributing to operational management and pre-sales support. Earlier experience includes a sales engineering role at MessageSoft Inc. and significant contributions to anti-spam product testing criteria in China. Ralph Bai holds a Bachelor's Degree in Geophysics/Petrophysics from the University of Science and Technology of China and a Master's Degree in Geophysics and Seismology from the Institute of Geophysics, China Earthquake Administration.
