Rodney Umrah, M.Sc., currently serves as the Head of Global Revenue, Partner and Customer Enablement at Forcepoint. Previously, Rodney held the position of Vice President, Global Sales & Partner Enablement at Xactly Corp, focusing on enhancing sales effectiveness and training programs. At NetSuite, Rodney advanced through multiple roles, culminating as Director of Global Sales and Channel Enablement, where leadership extended to a global team that supported over 1,000 sales professionals across various countries. With extensive experience in sales enablement and management, Rodney has also taught Business Information Systems as a part-time professor at both Durham College and Ryerson University. Earlier career highlights include significant roles at Microsoft and IBM, emphasizing quota achievement and team leadership in sales. Rodney holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from The University of the West Indies, Mona.
