Ronald Painter

Ronald Painter is a Digital Learning Specialist at Forcepoint, specializing in the design, development, and maintenance of microlearning and eLearning courses focused on cybersecurity cloud products since 2020. Prior to this role, Ronald spent over two decades at BNY Mellon, where responsibilities included designing eLearning courses in Investment Services, Wealth Management, and Risk and Compliance, as well as developing mobile delivery strategies for training. Earlier experience at BNY Mellon also included collaboration with various professionals to create eLearning content and improvement of processes for course development. Ronald began a career as a Programmer Analyst at Earth Sciences Consultants, Inc., creating database applications for various business functions and environmental tracking systems. Education includes certificates in Advanced E-learning Instructional Design and E-learning Instructional Design from the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
