Rony Patros

Rony Patros is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at Forcepoint since December 2015, Rony develops and executes test strategies for designated feature areas. Previously, Rony worked for Raytheon|Websense for over a decade, progressing from a Technical Support Analyst to a Senior Technical Support Specialist, where responsibilities included resolving technical issues and enhancing customer support processes. Rony's earlier experience includes managing network infrastructure at AT&T Enhanced Network Services and a brief stint in sales. Rony holds an Associate Degree in Computer Networking from Cuyamaca College.
