Udayan Borkar

Udayan Borkar is an accomplished professional in product management with extensive experience in the cybersecurity and networking sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Product Management for Security Service Edge (SSE) at Forcepoint since October 2021, Udayan manages a team responsible for a comprehensive suite of security offerings, including the industry-leading Bitglass Data Loss Prevention (DLP) functionality. Prior to this role, Udayan held the same title at Bitglass, Inc. from February 2020 until its acquisition by Forcepoint. Udayan's career also includes significant tenure at Extreme Networks, Zebra Technologies, Motorola Solutions, and Symbol Technologies, showcasing a consistent focus on product management and engineering in network security, intrusion prevention, and distributed operating systems. Udayan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Maryland.
