Vlad Sarov

Vlad Sarov has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. From 1999 to 2003, they were the Managing Director for 3WebDesign LLC, a web design and development firm. During this time, they served as the project manager and developed a strong background in what businesses need to succeed on the web as well as the ways in which marketing and IT work together to grow a business. Notably, they won a Award for the Best Corporate Website Design in a nationwide business competition. From 2003 to 2011, they were a Junior Partner at ASES Consulting. From 2011 to 2018, they worked as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant at Logica/CGI, where they leveraged their tech lead experience to establish efficient communication channel with key project partners and clients. Vlad consulted with clients on all aspects of how to implement and utilize the CRM correctly according to their needs. In 2018, they became the COO/Partner at Forceworks Global. Since 2009, they have been a Dynamics 365 Architect/Partner at Dynamica Labs, where they lead a team of MS Dynamics developers in the migration, improvement, and customization of the MS Dynamics CRM as well as build partnerships with IT companies that want to offer MS Dynamics support without hiring and training a whole team. Vlad also consults with their clients on ways they can better utilize MS Dynamics in out-of-the-box ways to increase their ROI.

Vlad Sarov has completed a range of educational experiences. In 2021, they attended the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford for the Oxford Leading Professional Service Firms Programme. Vlad also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from The Open University (2004), a BA in Banking and Finance from ULIM University (2002), and an International Baccalaureate in IT from Gaudeamus (1998). Additionally, they have obtained a number of certifications, including Sales Team Management Strategies (Online) from Columbia Business School (2023), Most Valued Professional (MVP) from Microsoft (2022), Mastering Sales: A Toolkit for Success from Kellogg Executive Education (2021), Business Innovation from IDEO U (2021), Designing a business - IDEO's approach to building a human-centered business from IDEO (2021), Certified Brand Strategist. Course by Scott Gallowa\u202ay (Prof G) from Section4 (2021), and Designing Strategy from IDEO (2020).
