Devina M.

Devina M. is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at TrustFord since July 2025. Prior roles include People and Culture Lead at TAG International from May 2023 to July 2025 and HR Practice Consultant at BT, where responsibilities included managing the Colleague Pulse Engagement Survey project. Devina began an HR apprenticeship at BT in 2017, completing rotations in various HR roles, including Learning and Development and Early Careers Operations.
