Tom Thomas is vice president, analytics at FordDirect. He plays a critical role in driving performance for FordDirect’s key customers through the strategic implementation of analytical insights, including focusing on the performance and insights of its products; and showing the incremental value of its customer marketing efforts.
Prior to joining FordDirect in 2014, Thomas held various analytics and marketing roles at Organic, Sprint Nextel, Digital Arc, Inc., Scient Corp., and Oracle. He has more than 20 years of experience delivering digital marketing, mobile applications and ERP solutions to the CPG, automotive, hospitality, and public utilities industries.
Thomas has a bachelor’s degree in management information systems and marketing from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan.
