Forde Consult Group is a research-driven, human-centered innovation and transformation firm exploring how people, organizations, and systems adapt, evolve, and thrive through change.

At the intersection of research, strategy, and systems thinking, we translate insight into action — designing frameworks, programs, and solutions that address complex real-world challenges with both rigor and humanity.

Our work lives in the gaps: where traditional systems fall short, where transitions are messy, and where new possibilities emerge. We believe change should expand opportunity — not deepen exclusion — and our work is designed to help people and institutions navigate transformation with clarity, equity, and impact.

Our work includes:

🔹 Applied Research & Public Scholarship — translating complex questions into actionable insight

🔹 Failure Capital™ & Return on Failure™ (ROF™) — redefining how individuals and organizations understand failure, adaptation, resilience, and innovation

🔹 Training, Leadership & Future-Ready Learning — building capacity for evolving workplaces, systems, and economies

🔹 Innovation Strategy & Systems Design — helping organizations rethink how people, performance, wellbeing, and transformation intersect

From public institutions to private ventures, we partner with leaders, organizations as well as government and community organizing bodies willing to challenge inherited assumptions and build more adaptive, human-centered futures.

She Gatekeeps Nothing™ was born from this work — extending these conversations into public dialogue, research, storytelling, and systems-level inquiry around wellbeing, opportunity, and human potential.
