We are a litigation boutique focused on complex commercial litigation.  Our principals were partners at global law firms before founding Forde & O’Meara LLP.  Most members of our team are also alumni of large law firms.  We have extensive experience in litigating complex commercial disputes.  This includes cases involving contract claims, partnership disputes, shareholder claims, business torts, government procurement disputes, class actions, consumer protection statutes, and constitutional and administrative law issues.  Our clients include some of the largest companies in Chicago, and from around the United States.  We have also successfully litigated on behalf of the Federal Judges Association, the Illinois Judges Association, and Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel.

The industries in which we have particularly extensive experience include the real estate, technology, finance, and hospitality industries, as well as representing global law firms. We are frequently co-counsel with some of the largest law firms in the United States, who retain us for our extensive experience in Illinois courts.  But we also practice in state and federal courts around the United States.
