Hellen Indah is a Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding specialist with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Universitas Mercu Buana, where they graduated Cum Laude in 2020. They have held various roles in recruitment and employer branding, including positions at Asetku and Agung Sedayu Group, where they developed recruitment strategies and managed social media for employer branding. Currently, Hellen serves as a Human Capital Business Partner at Akseleran, overseeing full-cycle recruitment and employee engagement initiatives.
