Tom Luk

Tom Luk is the Chief Legal Officer at Forecast. Tom has previously served as the General Counsel at TechGC, Peakon, and Ogury.

Tom Luk joined Forecast as the Chief Legal Officer in October 2021. Prior to joining Forecast, they served as the General Counsel at TechGC, a Workday company, from August 2018 to October 2021. At TechGC, Tom was responsible for Peakon's legal affairs and compliance, as well as providing advice on corporate governance matters.

Tom Luk began their career as a lawyer at Ogury, a global mobile advertising company, where they served as the General Counsel from May 2017 to August 2018. During their time at Ogury, Tom was responsible for the company's legal affairs and compliance, as well as providing advice on corporate governance matters.

Tom Luk holds a law degree from the University of London.

Tom Luk graduated from Brunel University London with a LLB in Law and a first class honors. Tom then went on to The University of Law to do the LPC on the Corporate Pathway, where they received a commendation. Tom is now a practicing solicitor and is certified by both the Solicitors Regulation Authority and The Law Society.

They are on a team with Nicholas Paul Bruhn Hansen - Chief of Staff, Jacob de Lichtenberg - Chief Product Officer, and Damantha Boteju - CTO. Tom Luk reports to Dennis Kayser, Co-Founder & CEO.
