Rob Penta is the President and Chief Legal Officer of Venture First, LLC, a position held since 2018. They also serve as the CEO of BE Ballistics Holdings, LLC and NetBallistics LLC, overseeing defense sector operations. As a board member of several organizations, including GoodMaps and The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Rob contributes to various philanthropic and business endeavors. They co-founded Future Labs Capital, LLC and are a managing general partner at Whiskey Capital Funds. Rob received their law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law between 2003 and 2006.
