Emily Phan is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in renewable energy and engineering. Currently serving as a Project Manager at ForeFront Power, Emily oversees development project management, collaborates with engineering leads, and manages budgets and schedules. Previously, Emily was a Project Manager at PowerFlex, leading integration projects for battery storage, solar PV, and EV charging infrastructure. At ASML, Emily worked as an EUV Upgrades Engineer, focusing on root cause analysis and system maintenance. Emily began their career at EPC Power Corp, progressing from Mechanical Engineer to Manufacturing Engineer, and has also led projects in sustainability and education during earlier roles. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering Technology from UC San Diego.
