Noah Barkin is a seasoned expert in Europe-China relations and economic security, currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Rhodium Group since April 2020, where advisory roles encompass both corporate and government clients. Concurrently, Barkin holds the position of Visiting Senior Fellow at the German Marshall Fund of the United States and contributes as a writer to various publications, including Foreign Policy and The Atlantic.
