Mark Gotlieb has a diverse and extensive work experience. Mark started their career in the US Air Force as an E-6 (TSgt) from June 1984 to October 1989. Afterwards, they joined NEC Unified Solutions in 1989 where they held various roles including Field Service Engineer, Supervisor of PBX Field Service, and Resolution Manager. Mark'sresponsibilities included providing technical support, developing and instructing courses, and overseeing the PBX support engineers. Following their time at NEC, Mark worked at ATI as a Senior Telephony Engineer from November 2009 to June 2010. Mark then joined Standard Federal Corp as a Senior Account Manager from June 2010 to April 2016. Mark was responsible for managing key accounts during their tenure. In 2016, they joined Strategic Communications as an Account Executive until December 2016. Most recently, Mark has been with Forerunner Technologies, Inc. since January 2017. Mark started as an Operations Manager and later became the Director of Managed Services, a position they currently hold.
Mark Gotlieb attended Dallas Baptist University from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) degree in Business and Marketing. Prior to that, they studied at Dallas College from 2000 to 2004, earning an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business Management. Additionally, Mark has obtained several certifications from Cisco, including Cisco Data Center Unified Computing Sales Specialist (650-987), Cisco Express Foundation for Account Managers (646-365), Cisco Sales Expert (646-206), and Cisco Selling Business Outcomes (810-403).
