Conn H. Cole

Conn H. Cole, CFM, is currently the Hazard Mitigation Lead at Forerunner since 2024. They served as the State NFIP Coordinator and State Floodplain Manager at the Florida Division of Emergency Management from 2021 to 2024 and were previously the Interim State NFIP Coordinator and State Floodplain Manager from 2018 to 2020. Conn has also held various roles at the Camden County Board of Commissioners in Georgia, including Magistrate Judge and Deputy Director of Emergency Management, from 2013 to 2016. They earned a Master of Business Administration in Public Administration from Columbia Southern University between 2013 and 2014.
