Melanie Harris

Melanie Harris is a Senior Customer Success Manager at Forerunner, where they support municipalities by optimizing hazard management workflows to mitigate the impacts of climate change. Previously, Melanie held roles including Capital Projects Coordinator at the New York City Department of Transportation and Senior Customer Success Manager at REPLICA. They have also worked as a Project Assistant at Mayer Brown and in project development for the Seattle Department of Transportation. Melanie earned a Master of Urban Planning with a focus on Environmental Planning from the University of Washington and a Bachelor's Degree in Government and Environmental Studies from Franklin & Marshall College.
