Constantine Kipnis

Constantine Kipnis has a rich work experience with various roles in different companies. Constantine started their career at Speedera Networks as a Senior Account Executive, where they sold Content Delivery Network services to Fortune 1000 companies. Constantine had a successful track record of closing deals and providing feedback to different departments.

After Speedera Networks, Constantine co-founded Pogo Communications and served as the VP of Sales and Business Development. Constantine transformed the company into a telecommunications consulting and sales organization, specializing in voice, data, and video services. Their expertise included voice and data connectivity, phone systems, VOIP, collaboration, and networking gear.

Constantine then joined Microsoft, where they held multiple roles. Constantine served as a Live Meeting Solution Sales Professional, selling Microsoft Office Live Meeting and Exchange Hosted Services. Constantine quickly became a team leader and mentor for new hires. Later, they became a Senior Unified Communications Specialist, responsible for selling and deploying Microsoft's Software + Services suite.

Following their time at Microsoft, Constantine joined VMware AirWatch, initially as a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, driving customer growth in the Enterprise and Commercial spaces. Constantine then became a Senior Business Development Manager, focusing on VMware End User Computing portfolio growth in ASEAN. Constantine successfully positioned VMware's solutions and built strong partnerships with system integrators and outsourcers.

Before their current position, Constantine worked at Synapse IQ as the Director of Business Development - International. Constantine played a crucial role in crafting the company's Go-To-Market strategy and driving alliance and reseller partner onboarding.

Currently, Constantine holds the position of Senior Director of Business Development at Forescout Technologies Inc. Constantine first joined as a Regional Manager and later became the Regional Director for Singapore and Malaysia. Constantine then moved on to become the Director of Global Strategic Alliances before assuming their current role.

Constantine Kipnis pursued their undergraduate education from 1994 to 1998 at Reed College, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology & Neuroscience. In addition, they acquired a certification in Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in 2017.
