Ed Brown

Ed Brown has an extensive work experience in the legal field. Ed currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Forescout Technologies Inc. Ed has also held the same role at Malwarebytes, where they acted as a trusted advisor to the C-suite and created scalable legal solutions for the company's global growth. Prior to that, Ed held the position of VP Legal Affairs at Nominum and Director of U.S. Legal Affairs at Trend Micro, where they managed legal matters and supported rapid organizational growth. Ed has also served as a founding member at TechGC and as a board member at Elevation Spine. In addition, Ed has held various legal counsel roles at Electron Economy, Media Arts Group, and Great Outdoors Colorado.

Ed Brown holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Connecticut. Ed also earned a Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, and a Masters in Environmental Law and Policy, Magna Cum Laude, from Vermont Law and Graduate School.
