Naresh Sharma

Naresh Sharma has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and technology consulting. Naresh currently holds the position of Sr. Director SW Engineering at Forescout Technologies Inc. starting from September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Software Engineering - India at Cysiv from June 2021 to August 2022.

Before that, they worked at Oracle from April 2019 to June 2021, holding the roles of Senior Technical Manager, Senior Principal Consultant, and Principal Consultant. During their time at Oracle, Naresh was involved in IT strategy consulting, business intelligence, data analytics, and Java development. Naresh also played a key role in building cloud adoption strategies and healthcare solutions.

From January 2012 to December 2012, Naresh worked at Tieto as a Senior Integration Architect, focusing on pre-sales architecture solutions and integration architecture design.

Prior to Tieto, they worked at Wipro Technologies as a Technical Lead from July 2010 to January 2012, where they were involved in release management, client engagement, and presales activities related to middleware technologies.

Naresh started their career at Oracle in June 2006 as an Applications Engineer and later became a Senior Applications Engineer. Naresh worked on building management and governance services, developing Fusion Applications, and integrating heterogeneous applications using service-oriented architecture.

Before joining Oracle, they worked at Infosys Technologies Ltd as a Software Engineer from July 2004 to June 2006, where they developed web applications and interfaces using Java, .Net, C#, and PL/SQL.

Naresh Sharma holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Faculty of Management Studies at the University of Delhi, which they earned from 2017 to 2019. Naresh also has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur, completed from 2000 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Naresh has obtained several certifications from institutions such as Microsoft and Oracle, including the Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals and the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Certified Architect Professional certifications.
