Currently serving as Managing Director at Emergex Venture Partners Corp., James has been instrumental in supporting the growth of countless businesses by advising on capital raising and operational strategies. Previously, James held executive roles at reputable firms including Goldman Sachs and Union Bank of California, where they established and led significant operations. Additionally, James contributes to the cleantech ecosystem as an Executive in Residence at Foresight Canada, developing investment readiness programs for emerging companies. James graduated with a B.Comm. with Honours in Finance and an MBA, and holds the ICD.D designation.
