Mark Longo

Mark Longo has extensive experience in corporate law and business development, serving as Co-Chair of the Emerging & High Growth Companies Group and Managing Partner of the Vancouver office at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP since August 2015. Prior roles include Partner at Clark Wilson LLP, Vice President and General Counsel at Star Data Systems Inc. and Intrinsyc Software, and Vice President of Business Development & General Counsel at Datawire Communication Networks Inc. Longo has also held directorship positions at the Foresight Cleantech Accelerator Centre and VIATEC, including chairing critical committees. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws from Queen's University, an MBA from Western University, and a BA in Economics & Political Science from McGill University, where distinction was achieved in all studies.
