Sam Anderson is an accomplished engineer and data scientist focused on leveraging data to advance industrial decarbonization. They served as an Energy & Carbon Coordinator at De Beers Group, where they worked on carbon neutrality projects and strategic planning initiatives. Previously, Sam held roles as a Student Field Engineer at Encana Corporation and Molecular Photonics Student at the National Research Council Canada, gaining diverse technical expertise. Currently, Sam is the co-founder and CEO of CarbonGraph, an LCA platform designed to promote environmental transparency across supply chains, and is also an Executive in Residence at Foresight Canada. They are pursuing a Master of Science in Data Science Engineering at UCLA, expected to complete in 2024.
