Ruby Godrich

Ruby Godrich (Harcombe) is an experienced professional in investment management, currently serving as an Investment Manager at Foresight Group since February 2024. Prior to this role, Ruby held various positions at the Development Bank of Wales from May 2016 to February 2024, including Senior Investment Executive and Assistant Investment Executive, focusing on enhancing access to finance for Welsh businesses. Ruby also contributed as a Board Trustee for Cardiff Women's Aid between April 2021 and June 2023, supporting initiatives to combat Violence Against Women and Girls. Ruby's career began at the Royal Bank of Scotland, progressing from Corporate Banking Graduate to Assistant Director in Structured Finance and Corporate Coverage. Academically, Ruby holds a BSc in Business Management from Swansea University and a Professional Diploma in Banking Practice & Management from LIBF.
