Scott Santos currently serves as Security Manager at Foresight Security Consulting since December 2023. Prior to this role, Scott worked at Walmart as a Senior Threat Manager for Global Security from July 2021 to December 2023. Scott also gained experience as a Counseling Intern at the FREEMAN-BURCHFIELD AND WELLES INSTITUTE OF COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAP from August 2020 to August 2022. Earlier in the career, Scott held various positions at the Benton County Sheriff's Office, including Training Coordinator, Task Force Officer for the US Marshals Violent Fugitive Task Force, Detective, Patrol Deputy, and Jail Deputy, from May 2005 to July 2021. Scott holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from John Brown University Graduate School and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from John Brown University.
