Mélodie Boizard

Mélodie Boizard has worked in a variety of roles in the human resources and recruitment fields. In 2016, they began their career as a Chasseuse de têtes at Solantis. Mélodie then worked as a Chargée de recrutement at Pragmatan in 2017, followed by Chargée de recrutement (RPO Solantis) roles at leboncoin, Ugloo, and S4M. In 2018, they took on the role of Chargée de Ressources Humaines at Indexima. In 2021, they began working as a Senior Digital & IT Recruiter | RPO at Solantis, and then moved to a similar role at Mindee. Most recently, they are working as a Senior Digital & IT Recruiter | RPO Solantis at BforBank, and is set to become a Talent Acquisition Manager at Forest Admin in 2023.

Mélodie Boizard obtained a Licence de Gestion Marketing from Havre in 2013, a DUT Information et Communication from IUT Le Havre in 2012, and a Licence LLCE anglais Japonais from Université de Havre in 2010.
