They are situated over Naguru Hill in the Bukoto area, Kampala Uganda, and have been carefully landscaped to retain the huge, shady, indigenous trees.

Selectively planted smaller trees, bushes, shrubs and flowers make Forest Cottages the place to be for nature lovers and eco tourists. It is a sanctuary for forest wildlife such as brilliantly coloured turacoes, hornbills, and other around 20 bird species.
