Steve Fleck

Steve Fleck is an experienced entrepreneur focused on disruptive healthcare technologies. Steve founded Careform Inc., the leading provider of technology-enabled patient services for the pharmaceutical industry. Careform was acquired in November 2017 by ConnectiveRx, a Genstar Capital portfolio company. Steve served as Chief Operating Officer of ConnectiveRx through 2019, leading the company’s operations, product, IT, and data analytics organizations. Steve was previously the co-founder of ClearCount Medical Solutions, where he led development of innovative patient safety for the operating room. ClearCount was acquired by Stryker in 2014. Steve holds fourteen patents on medical technologies. He earned his MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a BS in Applied and Engineering Physics from Cornell University. Steve is an active early-stage investor and serves on advisory boards of AlphaLabs Health, Waldron Capital Management, and Birgo Capital.
