We love local
We actively participate with the local communities and businesses whenever possible. Neighbourhood suppliers are called upon to provide food & drinks whenever required. This allows us to provide breakfast, lunch and catering to small events happening at Forest Factory while simultaneously supporting the local business community.

We embrace the future
Our solar energy is 100% managed by the Brussels Cooperative Energiris. We buffer and store energy using batteries and when needed we are able to convert gas to electricity and heat. We cool down the house using ceiling technology which also helps with the acoustics. The whole building uses smart electricity and is well secured and monitored. We are connected to the rest of the world through fiber internet.
