Office & co-working space where creative organizations and agencies thrive.

We offer a variety of solutions like flex desks, dedicated desks, meeting rooms and private offices to meet your requirements.

Unique location
Forest Factory is located on one of the greenest boulevards of Brussels, connecting Brussels South Station with the uptown St. Gilles. A vibrating, developing and diverse neighbourhood with lots of families and small businesses, restaurants, bars and an abundance of green. The ideal workspace to start a walking meeting, have an amazing lunch or host an inspiring afterwork.

We love local
We actively participate with the local communities and businesses whenever possible. Neighbourhood suppliers are called upon to provide food & drinks whenever required. This allows us to provide breakfast, lunch and catering to small events happening at Forest Factory while simultaneously supporting the local business community.

We embrace the future
Our solar energy is 100% managed by the Brussels Cooperative Energiris. We buffer and store energy using batteries and when needed we are able to convert gas to electricity and heat. We cool down the house using ceiling technology which also helps with the acoustics. The whole building uses smart electricity and is well secured and monitored. We are connected to the rest of the world through fiber internet.
