Daisy and Will came up with the concept for Forest Marble having felt there was a huge gap in the estate agency market between High Street and Online agencies. Albeit both are an acceptable way of marketing your home, they both miss the point of putting the customers needs at the centre of what they do.

Modern day living means the consumer is used to getting answers to questions straight away, or they start to lose interest. This is why it was decided early on to be open and available to talk to one of our team 24/7. We are all exposed daily to a host of modern technological break throughs that improve efficiency and lessen disappointment. With this in mind we made the back office system completely cloud based, that way all of our team have access to the latest information where ever they are, thus saving time and money for our customers. However, should customers wish to visit our office they are free to do so 7 days a week.
