Tomos Fowler has a diverse work experience in the field of cricket coaching. Tomos started their career as a Camp Manager at Cricket Summer Camps at Pontarddulais Cricket Club in 2016, where they successfully set up and ran a cricket-based summer camp. Tomos then worked as a Coach at Cricket Wales, planning and delivering sessions for junior and secondary schools, and working closely with support teams. During their time at Cardiff and Vale County, Tomos served as an U15s Assistant Coach, working closely with players to improve their performance. Tomos also worked as a Cricket Performance Coach at Cardiff Metropolitan University, focusing on the development of women's cricket and managing player welfare. Additionally, Tomos coached at Prahran Cricket Club in Australia, where they served as the 2nd XI Women's Head Coach and 1st Team Assistant Coach, delivering high-level coaching and focusing on player development. Tomos then moved on to Taunton School, where they held various roles including Assistant Houseparent, PE Assistant, and 1st Team Cricket Coach. Most recently, Tomos took on the position of Head of Cricket at Forest School.
Tomos Fowler's education history includes attending Ysgol Y Strade from 2007 to 2014, where they studied Sports Studies. Afterward, they enrolled at Cardiff Metropolitan University from 2014 to 2017, earning a BSC with Honours degree and a degree in Coaching Science, specializing in Sports Coaching.
