Ben Johnson

Lolo National Forest Supervisor

Ben Johnson is currently the Forest Supervisor at Lolo National Forest with the USDA Forest Service. They have held various roles within the organization, including Acting Special Assistant to the Regional Forester and National Recreation Special Uses Program Manager. Ben’s past experience includes teaching as a Graduate Student Instructor at the University of Michigan and serving as a Caretaker at Matthaei Botanical Gardens and Nichols Arboretum. They earned a Master of Public Policy and Master of Science from the University of Michigan and have a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from Southwestern University.
