Clay Davis

Clay Davis is an experienced professional with over a decade in the U.S. Forest Service, currently serving as a District Planner since February 2011, where responsibilities include advising on unit planning, annual operating plans, and budgets. Previously, Clay held the position of Lands Specialist, managing lands, recreation special uses, and minerals for a significant district. Clay's military background includes twenty years in the U.S. Army as a Sergeant First Class, demonstrating leadership in various capacities. Additional experience includes volunteering with the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife, focusing on the recovery of threatened species, and serving as a part-time instructor at Central Texas College. Clay holds a Master's Degree in Biology from Midwestern State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Art and Political Science from Cornell College, along with a certificate as an Occupational Instructor from the Community College of the Air Force.
