Donnie W.

Donnie W. is an experienced professional with a diverse background in engineering, project development, and resource management. Currently serving as an Engineering Program Specialist and previously as a Recreation Specialist at the USDA Forest Service since November 2023, Donnie also leads as a Managing Member at CDW Consultant Group, a consulting firm specializing in rangeland and habitat management in Texas, since May 2009. Prior experience includes roles at Renovar Energy Corp as a Project Developer, Operations Manager, and Gas Technician from April 2011 to April 2015, where responsibilities included pipeline acquisitions and contractor oversight. Earlier work at First Victoria focused on wealth management and property management, particularly in farm and ranch asset management. Donnie holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Agricultural Business and Management from Sam Houston State University and a Certification in Ranch Management from the King Ranch Institute, as well as completion of the Certified Prescribed Fire Managers Course at Texas A&M University Kingsville in 2023.
