Forrest Decker

Director- Lands, Minerals and Uses, Southern Region

Forrest Decker is the Director of Lands, Minerals and Uses for the Southern Region at the U.S. Forest Service. Prior to this role, they served as the Boundary and Title Program Manager for the Intermountain Region and worked as a Professional Land Surveyor with the United States Air Force from 2009 to 2017. Forrest also held the position of VP-Professional Land Surveyor at RE Decker PC for over two decades. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Management at Colorado State University and a Master of Science in Global Technology and Development at Arizona State University, while also completing a JPME Phase 1 Distance Learning Certificate from the USAF Air Command and Staff College.
