Ginger Derusha

Ginger DeRusha is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in federal service. Currently, Ginger serves as the Human Resources Lead and Branch Chief for the National Temporary Employment Team at the U.S. Forest Service, a position held since April 2014. Prior to this role, Ginger held various positions within the U.S. Office of Personnel Management as a Program Analyst and worked as a Personnel Management Specialist at the United States Patent and Trademark Office from August 1992 to April 2002. Ginger holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from George Mason University, conferred between 1996 and 2000.
