Stephen Thomas has over 15 years of experience in recruitment and academic coordination. Currently serving as a Recruiter Liaison Specialist and previously as a Senior Recruiter at the USDA Forest Service since August 2008, Stephen has honed expertise in recruitment processes within the public sector. Prior to this role, Stephen worked as the MESA/Cal-SOAP Academic Coordinator at CSU, Chico, from August 2000 to August 2008. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Forestry from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, earned between 1988 and 1991.
