Suzanne Flory

Suzanne Flory has extensive experience in communications and public affairs, primarily with the U.S. Forest Service since 2001. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Communications and Science Delivery, Flory has held various significant roles, including Interim National Press Officer and Congressional Relations Specialist, focusing on enhancing communication and support for congressional relations in the Eastern Region. Flory is also active as a Type 1 fire information officer and Liaison Officer. Previous experience includes roles as a Public Affairs Officer and Director at the Clear Lake Education Center with the National Park Service. Suzanne holds bachelor's degrees in Communications and Communication and Conservation from Northern Michigan University and completed the Forest Service Senior Leader program.
