David Tepper

David Tepper is the CEO of The Earth Partners LP, a position held since 2007, where responsibility encompasses the entire business operations and oversight of large-scale land restoration and bioenergy projects. Simultaneously, David serves as the Director of the Public-Private Co-Finance Initiative at Forest Trends Association, focusing on strategies that enhance capital flow for emissions reduction and improve rural livelihoods through sustainable land use. From 2005 to 2007, David was the Head of Markets at Climate Change Capital Ltd, overseeing a carbon finance team that managed over $1 billion, directing significant investments into carbon reduction projects. Earlier in their career, from 1987 to 1999, David worked at Merrill Lynch as the Director of Investment Banking, where extensive experience included executing over €20 billion in financial transactions.
