Oly Bracho

Oly Bracho has extensive work experience in finance and operations roles. They currently serve as the Chief Financial Officer at Forest Trends Association. Prior to this, they held the position of VP of Finance at Women for Women International from 2014 to 2018. Before that, they were the VP of Finance and Operations at Rare from 2011 to 2014. Oly also worked as the Senior Operations Director at Conservation International from 2003 to 2011 and as the Director of Finances & Operations at The Nature Conservancy from 1999 to 2003. They started their career as a Financial Administrator at World Wildlife Fund in 1995 and later became a Financial Assistant at Family Health International.

Oly Bracho completed an Accounting Certificate at the National Institute of Cooperative Education in Venezuela in 1989. Later, in 1994, Bracho obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a Finance Certificate from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Finally, Bracho pursued higher education at the University of Maryland Global Campus, where they earned a Master of Arts in International Management with a concentration in International Finance in 1999.
