Kate Tobin is a nature recovery and policy advisor with extensive experience in environmental management and community engagement. Currently serving at the Forestry Commission since March 2015, Kate leads the development of Local Nature Recovery Strategies (LNRS) and represents the organization in various partnerships across the South West. Previous roles include project officer positions at Dartmoor Hill Farm Project and East Devon District Council, as well as project development work for the EU LEADER program. Kate's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in French Language and Literature from the University of Birmingham and a Diploma in Surveying (Rural Studies) from the College of Estate Management.
