Mike Radda

Radda is an experienced senior executive who has led organizations to profitable growth and improved stakeholder and customer satisfaction. Radda is the Chief Executive Officer of ForestWorks (since 2024), the Chair of Super Benefits Administration (since 2024), and the Co-Chair of First Super (since 2019). Radda previously served as National Chief Executive of the Furnishing Industry Association of Australia (FIAA) from 1995 to 2000, as Chief Executive Officer of Interlink Commercial Furniture from 2001 to 2006, as Chief Executive Officer of UCI Australia from 2006 to 2016, and as Vice President Asia Pacific at MillerKnoll from 2021 to 2024. Radda is pursuing multiple degrees, including a Graduate Diploma in Accounting at Victoria University, a Graduate Diploma of Education at Victoria College, a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Biochemistry at the University of Melbourne, a Master of Education in Business Administration and Management at the University of Melbourne, and a Certificate of Education in Industry Liaison at Deakin University.
