Max Dalton

Max Dalton is currently the Co-founder and Director at Forethought, a research nonprofit focused on the transition to a world with superintelligent AI systems. Previously, Max served as the Executive Director at the Centre for Effective Altruism, where they significantly improved program quality and organizational stability. Max has also worked as a researcher for various organizations, including the Future of Humanity Institute and Giving What We Can, producing influential work on topics such as neglected tropical diseases and effective altruism. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford and are a certified coach from Relateful.
