Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Success at Forethought since September 2025, Aakash oversees global customer success initiatives. Prior experience includes Vice President of Customer Success for Strategic/Key/Enterprise Accounts at Darktrace, where Aakash contributed to a substantial increase in shareholder value leading to a $5.6 billion acquisition. With a track record of developing effective customer success strategies and achieving significant revenue growth, Aakash has also held various leadership positions in customer success and product solutions at Topocean. Aakash is pursuing executive education in Artificial Intelligence: Business Strategies and Applications at the University of California, Berkeley, complemented by a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Economics from the same institution.
