Brandon Chui is a seasoned technical support engineering manager currently at Forethought since May 2023, having previously held multiple roles including senior technical support engineer and technical support engineer. Prior experience includes a technical support engineer position at Shippo from November 2020 to November 2022, where Brandon excelled in diagnosing and resolving customer issues, collaborating with both product and engineering teams, and developing tools to enhance efficiency in customer support. Prior to Shippo, Brandon worked as a frontend engineer at Narvar, contributing to the design and development of scalable React components and overseeing implementation processes for retail clients. Brandon's early career includes roles in coaching and pharmacy, demonstrating a diverse skill set that encompasses both technical and leadership capabilities. Brandon holds a degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the University of California, Davis, supplemented by training at App Academy.
