James then worked as an Event Staff member at Global Spectrum from 2007 to 2009. Following this, they were a Customer Service Representative at Wayfair from 2009 to 2010. James then transitioned to a Ticket Sales Representative role at the Boston Bruins from 2010 to 2011. Later, they worked as an Account Executive at WBZ | CBS Boston from 2012 to 2014. From 2015 to 2021, they served as a Market Sales Manager at GOLFNOW. Subsequently, they worked as a Regional Sales Manager at Clubessential from 2021 to 2023.
